Something Fishy going on

I keep receiving Yahoo IMs from people saying they can't log onto my new link, or they can but it's in a foreign language. The thing is, I don't know what they're talking about. I'm wondering if somehow somebody has sent out a message using my name with a link to some website.

If you're one of the people who received this message, could you tell me what it said?
